The first chapters start off pretty intense. Tristan and Ivy are having a romantic date together and living life.
They both finally say that they love eachother and the book seems to be heading in a very good direction.
The book surprised me by what happened next.
Tristan died in a car accident. Ivy was left all alone, sad and depressed, not knowing what to do with herself and not wanting to leave her room. Before Tristans death Ivy used to speak of guardian angels and had many angel figurines in her room. Thinking about angels made her happy. But now that Tristan has passed away she no longer believes in their presence. :(

When her boyfriend, Tristan, died, Ivy thought she'd lost everything, even her faith in angels. But now she's discovered that he's her guardian angel.  His presence is so strong that she can feel the touch of his hand, the beat of his heart.
